Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ebenezer Arts. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Personalization or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Ebenezer Arts. To request assistance, please contact us and provide your order number and photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

Items must be unused and and in their original condition. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
